I just figured Roxio would be the same and was just looking for some direction. I see downloads for updates for the application and most software companies have a download site for customers that do register their software and legally can login into their account on their site (such as I do and have done). I just figured since I had paid for it legally, registered the software with my serial/product key, and Roxio still have support for the product, that maybe someone here on this forum could direct me to a link on Roxio's site that I may be missing when I go to their support/download area. I have registered my copy with roxio, as stated, I still have my serial/product key. Have you talked to sales directly? Typically companies are reluctant to supply a lost program disc because there is so much chance for abuse.ĭid you check you computer hard drive back ups? It might be there.
